It’s not dyeable; you’re stuck with the colour you buy. The combination of the lack of weight and the lack of friction means it’s going to slide a bit over skin. I really value it’s incredibly good performance and aesthetic. But what I like really isn’t that important. Also, one last note – in addition to your rope kit, I highly recommend a fun new toy I got in 2019, which combines very well with bondage. It’s amazing, and you and your partners will thank me. Summary:. (Updated 2018)Look, this is probably my favourite all round rope, with that Twisted Monk hemp as the favorite for bedroom purposes. They’re both technically braided ropes; however the rope on the right seems to have a denser kind of braid, which means it doesn’t have the same issue with the knots compacting down as hard as the stuff from the 1-8 dollar shop.
