MARK COLVIN: This morning the federal election was launched. The Conservatives came in with a commanding 42 per cent. They have, I think, shown that they can be a governing force if they are able to build a positive brand, even if this doesn’t translate on the ground.

And it is a campaign that is clearly geared toward바카라s the electorate because they have this whole “make the country great again” brand at the core.

I mean, they are making an effort t바카라사이트o show some leadership, they’re not just making the point about being a government that is anti-immigration. That’s not in the DNA of the party.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Do you think people like your brand and they think these policies are good for their country?

COLVIN: I think they are a mix of them and I would say, I’m not trying to suggest that카지노 사이트 what people want from the government, they need to get. But they know what they want, so it will be interesting to see what sort of support the government gets in areas where it needs a bit of support.

STEPHANOPOULOS: But do you believe there could be a big backlash to this?

COLVIN: I think there could. You know, I think there was a big debate about this after the election. I think a lot of people really believe that the right-wing forces that are in this, whether it’s the Christian Coalition or this group that called itself the American Freedom Party, will do great things and they will do what they can to push policies that they want to see.

But I think it really will be interesting to see how people respond to that, particularly from people who support the Liberals. You know, there is a sense of disappointment there that that has not been the case in previous years.
